Familiecamping de Vossenburcht is located in one of the most beautiful parts of Overijssel, the Reestdal. Here you can fully enjoy the beautiful forests and farmlands. You will find heathland, various fens and beautiful old farms where you can walk and cycle. This Glamping camping offers comfortable accommodations and camping pitches. The campsite is located nearby the village of IJhorst, near De Wijk and Staphorst, with the opportunity to shop. You can also rent a Staphorster bike at the campsite and make a nice bike ride. The campsite is also close to Meppel and Emmen. In addition there are various recreational opportunities not far from IJhorst. The recreational lake _De Zwarte Dennen_, in the middle of the state forests, is less than 3.5 km away. There is also an ATB track and a jogging track and several hiking trails have been set out.
