Der Campingplatz
Entre lac et montagne, entre Blanche et Ubaye, le camping Lou Pibou vous offre une vue imprenable sur une nature grandiose. Situé à 850 mètres d’altitude, dominé par les forts de St Vincent les forts, à la frontière des Alpes de haute provence et des hautes Alpes, au pied du lac de Serre-Ponçon et avec vue sur les montagnes du Grand Morgon (2324 m) et de Dormillouse (2505 m).
Anreise
Location : at 850 m. altitude, at about 25 miles (40 km). East from Gap, on the Barcelonnette road, very near famous alpine mountain passes. You will be surrounded by greenery and mountains and overlook Serre-Ponçon (the biggest artificial lake in Europe). Driving from Gap : at about 7 miles (10 km) after La Bréole, get to a small village called « Le Lautheret ». In the middle, on your left, there will be a direction sign « Camping du Lac ». Drive that way down to the campsite. Driving from Le Lauzet-Ubaye : after the crossroads Digne-Gap-Barcelonnette, drive towards Gap. After 1.5 mile (=2 km) on your right, you will see the direction sign « Camping du Lac ». Drive that way down to the campsite.
