Our luxury tents feature a king-size canopy bed,a single-person sofa bed,a fold-away kitchen,and an en suite bathroom with a shower,sink,toilet,bidet,and hair dryer. Each tent has a furnished veranda with a table and chairs and a private outdoor area,as well as a separate entrance with access for guests with mobility challenges. Upon request,we can add a camp bed to the tent. Upon your arrival,you’ll find a welcome kit with body wash,shampoo,and soap made with our farm’s organic extra-virgin olive oil,available in refillable dispensers to reduce waste and protect the environment.
Every morning,we’ll prepare a delicious breakfast for you featuring all our homemade products,exclusively locally sourced,included in the package.

Glamping Podere San Jacopo is about 20 minutes from Follonica, the pearl of the gulf of the same name, 1 hour from Siena, and about 1.5 hours from Pisa, where the nearest airport is located. Its strategic location offers guests the chance to enjoy more than one type of vacation: hills, countryside, and the sea—Glamping San Jacopo is a 3-in-1 experience, and not just because of itslocation. Our farm stands atop one of the many hills surrounding Massa Marittima, in the heart of the Maremma, with its characteristic landscape of olive groves, vineyards, golden fields, and woods teeming with wildlife.Our 2 dogs and 9 cats guard their territory very jealously and are reluctant to share it with other animals. To ensure their peace of mind, we are unable to accommodate guests accompanied by their four-legged friends.

We’d also like to let you know that at Podere San Jacopo, you can enjoy the silence, the scents of nature, the flavors of local products, and authentic activities such as riding the e-bikes available on-site, hiking, or horseback riding (by reservation), as well as wine tastings in the cellars. Glamping San Jacopo, conceived by the owner of the estate of the same name, offers you a one-of-a-kind experience, immersing you in nature through bright, designer luxury tents. From March through October, you can enjoy all the seasons surrounded by nature in luxury tents designed for couples, small groups of friends, or families with children (all tents are accessible to people with disabilities). It’s a camping concept focused on comfort—something that has become so essential to all of us today. In addition to comfort, San Jacopo offers something just as essential: a connection with nature and a return to simple pleasures, ensuring physical and mental well-being by providing a respite from the stress of daily life and the big city.

Glamping Podere San Jacopo is located in Tuscany, more specifically in the Tuscan Maremma—a land of cowboys, horses, and free-range cattle herds, as well as hills covered with olive groves and vast vineyards. Just a few kilometers from the Glamping, there are several wineries where you can taste wines produced in our Monteregio DOC region and admire these structures designed by world-renowned architects such as Renzo Piano, Mario Botta, and Tobia Scarpa, as well as Marco Casamonti, the designer of the Marchesi Antinori winery in Chianti Classico, halfway between Florence and Siena. On our organic farm, we grow heirloom grains such as Gentil Rosso and Senatore Cappelli, from which we obtain stone-ground semolina that our trusted small pasta mill then transforms into pasta, which we offer to our guests to taste during their stay. We also use Gentil Rosso flour to make baked goods for breakfast.Our facilities are located in the organic olive grove, home to typical native Tuscan olive varieties from which we produce high-quality extra virgin olive oil.
