Our cottage rentals in GUADELOUPE face the Caribbean Sea. Nestled in a green setting, this small residence features four apartments and a bungalow, just a few hundred meters from the sea as the crow flies. Each apartment offers a superb panoramic view of Malendure Bay and the Pigeon Islets, the famous Cousteau Reserve, and the Caribbean Sea. Each apartment measures approximately 70 m² and features two air-conditioned bedrooms, a living area with two sleeping options (real beds), a shower room with a separate toilet, and a covered terrace with a full sea view. It also features a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, multifunction mini-oven, microwave/grill, coffee maker, capsule machine (Nespresso), toaster, kettle, and more.
Kay Maren, the wooden bungalow with its exceptional sea view has an air-conditioned bedroom, shower room and separate toilet as well as a large covered terrace, equipped kitchen (but without dishwasher) and open to the sea view. Our holiday rentals in CHARENTE MARITIME are located in Chaillevette, on the banks of the Seudre River, just 20 minutes from Royan and the fine sandy beaches of the Côte Sauvage. Set in the heart of a 2.5-hectare estate, we welcome you to a fully renovated 15th-century tidal mill.
The property features four spacious and tastefully decorated gîtes, with floor areas of 105 m², 100 m², 80 m² and 45 m². Each accommodation has been thoughtfully designed to offer guests both comfort and independence, with breathtaking views over the surrounding countryside.
Outside, a heated 12 x 6 m swimming pool invites you to relax in a truly idyllic natural setting. A workshop, a covered outdoor area and a large garage complete the facilities.
